Patty Mageno

Patty has been a member of the Lakewood family for 30 years. Over the years, she has been involved in many varied ministries.  

Experiencing some great challenges and losses in her life, Patty now looks back at that time knowing that God used it to shape her heart for the important work of comforting and encouraging those who are suffering great loss.

Patty loves to laugh and believes it is an important part of living; and laughter is abundant with her 3 children:   Sarah -18, Jacob- 14, and Hannah – 9, and husband Josh.  She takes every opportunity she can find to make others laugh – even at work.     

Having the spiritual gifts of helps and service, and having a deep love for people makes being the morning receptionist a perfect job for her.  She loves to smile and welcome people and know that she is helping those who call connect with what they need.

Her view of life can be summed up in three words: “God is faithful.”
